GENERAL

The events included in the weekend pass for the Ultimate Group Chat will be held at the resort, except for Pier Pressure: The Official Group Chat Party, which will be held at Pier1 in Montego Bay.  Transportation will be provided.

Check-in for the Ultimate Group Chat on Friday, May 1, 2026.   It is recommended to arrive by 4PM in order to attend the events that day.  Guests will receive a reminder to provide their flight itinerary information to our team so that we can provide ground transportation to/from the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) to your resort.

Check-out will be Monday, May 4, 2026.  You should book your flight to depart around resort check out time at 12PM.

Private shuttles to and from the excursions will be provided. 

All-inclusive packages include access to our curated events  (Comedy + Cocktails Welcome Reception and Pier Pressure: The Official Group Chat Party), Live Game Activation with Po' Up Cards, Line Photoshoot (15 minute photoshoots, 10 photos, 5 edits), Morning and Afternoon TrapFit exercise classes, Level Up Lounge: Presented by The Student Loan Doctor, Official Ultimate Group Chat Swag Bag with T-shirt, Access to Ultimate Group Chat Event App, Airport Transfers to/from the Sangster International Airport, Transportation to all events and excursions and travel insurance.

Additional excursions are offered at an additional cost and may be added under "Excursions" at checkout. 

Your total cost also includes your selected suite and 3-night stay at Ocean Eden Bay - an adults-only, all-inclusive resort.

Each traveler is responsible for booking their own roundtrip flights to MBJ (Sangster International Airport).

You are free to choose whichever airline you would like, however we have partnered with Delta Airlines to provide an exclusive discount for those flying into Montego Bay for the Ultimate Group Chat.

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for So Fly Management, LLC to travel to the Ultimate Group Chat.

The service fees are standard charges that are used to help cover the cost of producing this event, such as administrative, payment processing and technical expenses.

Short answer: Yes! Jamaica is a safe place for tourists to visit. We have put measures in place to ensure our guests safety.  We have arranged ground transportation for all guests to ensure safe travel from the airport to the resort.  

Additionally, all attendees will receive an event bracelet.  Anyone without this bracelet will not be able to access events.

You must be 21+ to attend the Ultimate Group Chat.

TICKETS

E-tickets, resort details (including resort confirmation numbers and airport transfer details for all-inclusive package guests) and other important info will get sent to guests two weeks before the event via the Ultimate Group Chat app.

Look out for download instructions via email within 7-10 days after you book your weekend package.

Yes! We recommend securing your all-inclusive package as soon as possible. You can come back any time to add your excursions. At checkout, simply log in using the same email address and your new purchase will be added to your account. 

Our payment plans allow you to spread your payments out over the course of a 9-month period (June 2025-February 2026). No payment plans will be available during the month of March.  The last day to book your package is March 31, 2026.

You can change the name of the booking and transfer your tickets over to someone else. Please get in touch with our team via email to learn more. 

Alternatively, if you purchased Booking Protection at checkout, you can request a refund should you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. Otherwise, all sales are final but transferrable.

Booking Protection is offered and recommended to all guests at checkout.  The Booking Protection fee is seamlessly collected as part of your payment towards the booking.

Booking Protection is an insurance service offered to all guests, facilitated through Cover Genius, a trusted third party provider.  With Booking Protection, you can protect your purchase at checkout and request a refund should you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances.

Otherwise, all sales are final but transferrable.

LODGING

Yes, in order to enjoy the official Group Chat events, you must book your accommodations in our room block at Ocean Eden Bay on this website.

Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out time is at noon.

We will assist in arranging early check-in or late check-out whenever available if necessary.

If your preferred suite option is sold out, please check back our website or keep an eye on your email for more options. 

TRAVEL

We recommend booking your flight one to three months in advance, however you may find a good deal the earlier you book. We recommend using Hopper as a resource to determine the best time to book your flight.

You should fly into the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) . We will have arrival and departure transfers ready for all guests.

Guests will receive complimentary ground transportation to/from the airport.  You will receive information regarding your airport transfer no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Yes, the Ultimate Group Chat is being held in Jamaica, so a valid passport will be needed.  If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!
